Differences of vat & sulfur dye processing

Today I will tell the difference  the doing of vat dye and sulfur dye in the clothes.

*VAT is more than the price of color.
Sulfur color is less expensive.
*1 tola vat  can be used to colour 3 &half  yards of cloth.
1 tola sulfur can be used to colour 1 yard cloth.
*Vat die is made in boiling hot water.
Sulfur is taken in a pot and the pot is set on stoves hit for 20 minutes
* All purpose salt is optional of the process of vat dye.
All purposes salt is compulsory of the process of sulfur dye.

*At the finishing part of vat dye fixer is not to be used .
*At the finishing part of sulfur dye fixer is to be used .

আজকে ভ্যাট রং এবং সালফার রং করার  পার্থক্য এর ব্যপারে জানাবো। যদিও ২টা ডাই ই গরম পানিতে করা হয় তারপরও ২টি ডাই এর কেমিক্যাল ভিন্ন। কালার প্রসেসিং এও পার্থক্য রয়েছে।

*ভ্যাট রং এর দাম বেশি।
 সাল্ফার রং এর দাম কম।
*১তোলা ভ্যাট রং দিয়ে সাড়ে ৩ গজ কাপড় রং করা   যায়।
 ১ তোলা সাল্ফার রং দিয়ে ১গজ কাপড় রং করা যায়।
*ভ্যাট ডাই ফুটন্ত গরম পানিতে করা হয়।
 সাল্ফার ডাই পাত্রে জ্বাল করে করা হয়
*কাপড়ে ভ্যাট ডাই করার সময় খাবার লবণ ব্যবহার না   করলেও চলে।
 সাল্ফার ডাই করতে অবশ্যই খাবার লবণ ব্যবহার   করতে হয়।
*ভ্যাট ডাই করার পর ফিক্সার ব্যবহার করতে হয়না।
 সাল্ফার ডাই করার পর ফিক্সার ব্যবহার করতে হয়।
* ভিন্ন এই দুই গ্রুপের কালার শেড ও ভিন্ন পাওয়া     যায় ।
