To make a sulfar dye for 1 yard cotton fabric, the ingredients needed are 1 tablespoon sulfur color, 2 tablespoons of sodium, 2 tablespoons salt, 1 teaspoon fixer, and the usual normal and boiling water.
Procedure - Fill the fabric with equal quantity of water in a stove, apply it to the stove. If the water is boiled, it will be sown in salt, sodium color. Then it will be dipped in the fabric. If you have black color, then take 3/4 minutes to remove it from the garment color. If there is no other color except black, then keep it in a 15-20 minute fabric container and it will be used to lighten a little.
The amount of normal water in the bucket of fabric will be mixed in fixation. The fabric will be sinking for 30 minute directly in the mixture. After that the clothes should be washed and dried.
If the fabric is dyed by this method, then you'll get long lasting color fabric.The ssulfar color is very bright and beautiful.
Note - If the fabric is tie, always remember that due to the design of tie, the fabric amount is reduced to half. In the index, the fabric of tie 2yards is considered as 1 yard.
১ গজ কটন ফেব্রিক এ সাল্ফার ডাই করতে হলে যেসব উপকরণ গুলি প্রয়োজন - ১ টেবিল চামচ সাল্ফার রং, ২ টেবিল চামচ সোডিয়াম,২ টেবিল চামচ লবণ, ১ চা চামচ ফিক্সার, কাপড় ভিজে এই সমপরিমাণ নরমাল এবং ফুটানো পানি।
পদ্ধতি - ফেব্রিক ভিজে এই সমপরিমাণ পানি একটি পাত্রে নিয়ে চুলায় জ্বালে বসাতে হবে। পানি বয়েল হলে তাতে লবন, সোডিয়াম রং দিয়ে নেড়ে দিতে হবে। এরপর তাতে ফেব্রিক ডুবিয়ে দিতে হবে। কালো রং হলে ৩/৪ মিনিট ফেব্রিক পাত্রের রং এ রেখে উঠিয়ে নিতে হবে। কালো ছাড়া অন্য রং হলে ১৫/২০ মিনিট ফেব্রিক পাত্রে রেখে ধীরে ধীরে অল্প আঁচে জ্বাল করতে হবে।
ফেব্রিক ভিজে এই পরিমাণ নরমাল পানি বালতিতে নিয়ে তাতে ফিক্সার মিশিয়ে নিতে হবে। রং এ জ্বাল করা ফেব্রিকটিকে সরাসরি ফিক্সার মেশানো পানিতে ৩০ মিনিটের জন্য ডুবিয়ে রাখতে হবে। এরপর কাপড় ভালো ভাবে ধুয়ে শুখিয়ে নিতে হবে।
এই পদ্ধতিতে ফেব্রিক ডাই করলে ডাই লং লাস্টিং হবে।সাল্ফার কালার বেশ উজ্জ্বল এবং সুন্দর হয়।
নোট - টাই করা ফেব্রিক ডাই করলে সব সময় মনে রাখতে হবে টাইয়ের ডিজাইনের কারণে ফেব্রিক পরিমাণে কমে অর্ধেক হয়ে যায়। সেক্ষত্রে ২ গজ টাই করা ফেব্রিককে ১ গজ হিসাবে ধরা হয়।
